We're partnering with a leading global legal technology and eDiscovery organisation that is continuing to invest in its Digital Forensics and Data Operations capability. As part of this growth, we're seeking an experienced Forensics & Data Operations Specialist to join a collaborative team supporting complex investigations, litigation, regulatory matters and digital evidence management.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting complex client matters from initial evidence collection through to data delivery, acting as a technical expert across forensic workflows and eDiscovery operations. The position offers a varied workload spanning forensic collections, mobile device analysis, data processing, quality assurance, workflow optimisation and technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform legally defensible forensic collections across a variety of data sources.
  • Manage digital evidence throughout its lifecycle, ensuring strict chain of custody and forensic best practices.
  • Conduct forensic analysis of computers and mobile devices.
  • Support complex eDiscovery workflows including data processing, loading, exporting and productions.
  • Perform quality assurance throughout the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Assist with large-scale data migrations, custom workflows and technical projects.
  • Collaborate with legal, technical and project management teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to workflows and operational processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on digital evidence handling and data management.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years' experience within an eDiscovery provider, legal technology consultancy or law firm.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Relativity and/or RelativityOne.
  • Experience managing digital evidence and forensic collections.
  • Knowledge of forensic best practices, evidence preservation and chain of custody procedures.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced client environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite forensic collections. xwzovoh
