Forklift Truck Operator (Counterbalance) Location: Coalville Contract: Temporary to Permanent Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts - mornings and afternoons A well-established manufacturing business based in Coalville is looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous FLT experience who is comfortable working in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment and takes pride in working safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials throughout the site Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods accurately and efficiently Moving, organising and storing stock in accordance with site procedures Completing daily forklift and equipment checks and reporting any faults or issues Working in line with all company health and safety procedures Supporting wider warehouse duties when required Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment Requirements Valid Category B1 or B2 FLT licence - essential Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures Reliable, practical and safety-conscious approach to work Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work rotating morning and afternoon shiftsIf you're an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operator, please send your CV to
