At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with a leading fragrance retailer in Dunstable. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, managing team activities, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Shift patterns:
* Mornings (6:15am to 2:30pm)
* Afternoon (2:45pm to 11pm)
* Nights (9:45pm to 6:00am)

Pay rates:
* 14.91 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver:
* 6-12 months of reach truck forklift experience
* Ability to perform loading, unloading, and pallet stacking
* Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Knowledge of safe load handling, hazard identification, and pedestrian safety
* Ability to complete pre-use machinery checks
* Capability to operate machinery for extended periods and perform manual tasks
* Good level of English

Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver:
* Additional forklift licenses
* Training in manual handling and working at height
* Previous experience in the retail industry
* Ability to meet or exceed KPIs
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Willingness to support picking and other warehouse departments
