FLT Driver / General Operative Location: Hartlebury Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid break) Pay: £13.25 per hour, rising to £13.56 after qualifying period (weekly pay) About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking FLT Driver / General Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period. You will be working in an outdoor environment handling various products and supporting general warehouse/production operations. Key Responsibilities: Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (diesel or electric, double stack only) Loading and unloading containers safely and efficiently Moving and handling various products Picking, packing, and moving stock around the site Manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Requirements: Valid counterbalance FLT licence Ability to work outdoors in cold conditions Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Calm under pressure Good attention to detail and safety awareness Physically demanding role. lifting up to 20kgWhat's in it for you?
