Founding Sales Director, EMEA — Build & Lead Growth

Tailscale is seeking a founding Sales Director, EMEA to build and lead the region. You will own the EMEA sales strategy, work across multiple customer segments, and coach a growing team.

This UK-based role focuses on strategic customer and partner relationships, executive engagement, and scaling the regional organization. You will collaborate with Customer Engineering, RevOps, Marketing, and Leadership, hiring frontline leaders and shaping the operating model for long-term growth.
