Framework Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Framework Manager for our client, a leading construction contractor with an established presence across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing and growing the company's public sector framework portfolio while supporting the delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the public sector framework portfolio
• Build strong relationships with framework providers and clients
• Coordinate framework activity across bid, commercial and operational teams
• Monitor framework performance, pipeline opportunities and KPIs
• Support framework submissions and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with framework agreements and procurement regulations

About You

• Experience in framework management, bid management or business development within construction
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and frameworks
• Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
• Willing to travel across the UK as required
