Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Surveyor to join a major 50-storey reinforced concrete frame residential project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark development with an expected duration of approximately 2 years. Key Responsibilities: * Commercial management of subcontractor packages * Procurement and subcontract administration * Valuations, variations, and cost reporting * Preparation of payment applications and final accounts * Working closely with the project and site teams to ensure commercial success Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Surveyor on large RC frame residential projects * Strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and negotiation skills Contract: * Freelance * Immediate start (or as agreed) * 2-year project duration * Competitive day rate, dependent on experience If you have the relevant experience and are looking for your next long-term freelance opportunity, we'd love to hear from you
