Freight Forwarder
to join their well-established logistics team based in Mallusk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled freight professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing end-to-end freight operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
import and export shipments
across air, sea and road Liaise with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth, timely deliveries Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.) Provide quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers and clients Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues during transit Ensure full compliance with international trade and customs regulations
Experience & Skills Required
Must have previous freight forwarding experience - 100 % essential Strong familiarity with customs procedures and documentation Knowledge of customs and international shipping regulations Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy operational environment
