Partnercloselywiththesalesteamtosupportnegotiations,tendersandpricingstrategiesthatimprovequote-to-conversionperformance.
Liaisewithcarriers,overseasoffices,partners,suppliersandinternalteamstosecurecompetitiveratesandserviceoptions.
Respondpromptlytoquotationrequests,ensuringspeed,accuracyandprofessionalisminallcustomercommunication.
Maintainandupdatepricingrecords,ratesheetsandcustomeragreements,ensuringminimalpricingrevisionsorerrors.
Supporttendersubmissionsandcontractpricingactivitiesforkeyaccountswhererequired.
Analyzemarkettrendsandcarrierratemovementstomaintaincompetitivenesswhilesupportingmargintargets.
Ensureallquotationscomplywithcompanypolicies,servicestandardsandoperationalrequirements.
Providecommercialinsights,marketfeedbackandperformanceupdatestosalesandmanagementteams.
Meetorexceedmonthlyquotationvolumetargetswhilemaintaininghighservicequality.
Requirements:
Minimumof2yearsexperienceinfreightpricing, quotes withinthelogisticsorfreightforwardingindustry.
Strongunderstandingofairandoceanfreightoperations,pricingstructuresandcommercialdrivers.
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications,particularlyExcel,WordandOutlook.
Strongattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomanagemultiplequotationssimultaneouslyinafast-pacedenvironment.
Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecollaboratingeffectivelywithcross-functionalteams.
ExperienceusingCargoWiseOneorsimilarfreightmanagementsystemsisanadvantage.
Exposuretotenders,contractpricingorkeyaccountpricingispreferred.
