Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Fluent French Speaking Customer Service Representative on behalf of our valued client. This Fluent French Speaking Customer Service opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Fluent French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers across French-speaking markets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Providing outstanding customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Handling customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and product information requests
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
• Resolving issues efficiently whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supporting wider teams with administration, reporting, and customer account management
• Building strong customer relationships and promoting a positive brand experience

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
