I'm looking for a friendly, customer-focused and fluent French-speaking Customer Service & After-Sales Care Representative to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive professional, responsive and personalised support at every stage of their journey. You'll handle customer enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, manage after-sales requests and ensure every customer feels valued and well supported.

I'm looking for someone who is confident communicating in French, genuinely enjoys helping people, and takes ownership of problems from start to finish. You'll need a proactive and solutions-focused approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
