Bangor University is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service Supervisor to lead front of house service for all visitors, students and staff at the Sports Centre. You will ensure friendly, efficient reception and information provision.
You will have strong customer service and IT skills, be able to work in a team and use Welsh when needed. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C) including English and Maths or NVQ2 is required. Welsh language ability is essential for this post.
