Join our hospitality team in Inverness! High-volume restaurant serving both tourists and local customers is currently seeking to recruit 2 x Front of House Team Members. Thursday to Monday 4pm-11pm . £14.00 plus generous tips! The job in brief: Welcoming guests and providing a friendly, professional first impression Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serving food and drinks and checking guests are happy throughout their visit Having a good knowledge of the menu, specials, drinks and allergens Making recommendations and helping guests choose dishes and drinks. Following food hygiene, allergen, licensing and health & safety procedures Providing excellent customer service to both international visitors and local guests Skills/Requirements: Friendly, confident and welcoming personality Excellent customer service and communication skills. Team player who works well in a busy restaurant environment. Calm and organised when service is busy. Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and willingness to help other members of the team. Able to communicate clearly with guests from different countries and backgrounds .
