Front-Office Trade Finance Counsel (12m)

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Trade Finance Legal Counsel to join an international investment bank in London on an initial 12-month contract. The role sits in the EMEA Legal function, supporting Trade Finance and corporate lending with Front Office stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and a hybrid London arrangement (2-3 days in the office).

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate LC, guarantees, supply chain finance and related lending documents, advise on facility
