Frontline Duty Manager: Lead Guests & Team

Whitbread’s Glenrothes Premier Inn is recruiting a Duty Manager for 18 guaranteed hours per week, at up to £13.86 per hour. This role involves leading shifts, coordinating across reception, housekeeping and restaurant to ensure great guest stays and smooth hotel operations.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership in customer-facing roles, remains calm under pressure, and can coach teams while delivering excellent guest service. Permanent contract with progression opportunities is offered.
