Frontline Team Leader for Personal Support & Care

Enable, based in North Lanarkshire, is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants delivering safe, person-centred support. You will work with the Service Manager to supervise staff, manage rotas and ensure high-quality services across multiple sites.

The role requires experience with learning disabilities, strong facilitation skills, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
