Multi Skilled Painter & Decorator Closing date: We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Painter & Decorator to join our Maintenance Team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality painting, decorating and general maintenance services across our residents' homes, helping to create safe, well-maintained living environments. If you're a qualified painter and decorator with additional multi-trade skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for making a positive difference for customers, we'd love to hear from you. *A full UK driving licence is essential to the role Specifically, in the role you will: Deliver high-quality painting and decorating services across residential properties, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to required standards. Undertake a range of multi-skilled maintenance tasks where required, including basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering to support overall property repairs. Accurately record work activities, time, materials, and job progress using electronic/mobile systems, including maintaining records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Work in full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, GDPR, equality and diversity standards, and all company policies and procedures. Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, residents, contractors, and external partners to support a collaborative 'one team' approach.
