The Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
You'll be: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Working alongside experienced teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning support.
Helping children develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
