Furnace Operator 📍 Rotherham 💷 £15.83 per hour 📄 Temporary to Permanent 🕒 Rotating Shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm 2:00pm - 10:00pm 10:00pm - 6:00amStafforce Recruitment are recruiting for a Furnace Operator to join a leading manufacturing company in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term work with the chance of a permanent contract. The Role Set up and operate strand annealing furnaces Monitor furnace temperatures, gas flow and running speeds Carry out quality and process checks throughout production Remove, weigh and inspect finished products Follow the daily production plan and complete production records Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures when working with furnaces and machinery What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or factory experience (steel industry experience desirable) Good attention to detail and quality standards Strong understanding of Health & Safety Good communication skills and a positive attitude FLT licence desirable but not essentialInterested?
