Garden Centre Customer Experience Specialist

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking Retail Customer Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our stores. You will help customers, drive sales, and promote our Dobbies Club membership with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You’ll work with a team to maintain high store standards, assist with product knowledge, and handle stock, cash, and other store tasks, gaining diverse skills along the way.
