Senior Gardener £30,000 £38,000 DOE | Full-Time | MondayFriday | Based near Cranleigh, Surrey We're looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join our growing team, maintaining and developing high-quality private gardens across Surrey and Sussex. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong horticultural knowledge who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is confident leading garden maintenance visits and supporting junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead and carry out garden maintenance to a high standard Pruning, planting, lawn care, hedge cutting, and seasonal garden work Build strong relationships with clients Support and mentor junior team members Assist with planting schemes, turfing, and soft landscaping projects Ensure tools, machinery, and vehicles are maintained and cared for Work safely and professionally at all times What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years' professional gardening or landscaping experience Strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and organised approach Full UK driving licence (essential) What We Offer £30,000£38,000 salary depending on experience Monday to Friday working no weekends Varied work across beautiful private gardens Ongoing training and career development Supportive team environment Uniform and PPE provided If you're passionate about horticulture and looking to join a professional, growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
