Our client is looking for an experienced Gas and Plumbing Coordinator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in gas compliance and scheduling who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an organised, customer-focused service.

Working closely with management and operational teams, you will coordinate planned gas servicing, oversee reactive plumbing and gas works, and help ensure all compliance requirements are met. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting operational performance and providing excellent communication between clients, engineers and internal teams.

The Role

• Coordinate and schedule gas servicing to maintain compliance.
• Arrange gas and plumbing repairs, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.
• Monitor compliance documentation and ensure certification is completed and recorded accurately.
• Issue reports and relevant documentation to clients following completed works.
• Act as a key point of contact for managers, engineers and customers, providing clear and professional communication.
