This is a permanent opportunity for engineers who take pride in delivering first-class customer service while carrying out high-quality servicing, fault finding and repairs on domestic gas appliances. You'll be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle, specialist tools, ongoing technical support and the opportunity to develop your career within a well-established organisation. What You'll Be Doing * Servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems. * Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide range of gas appliances. * Carrying out first-time fixes wherever possible. * Completing safety inspections and ensuring all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations. * Providing excellent customer service during every visit. * Accurately recording work completed using a handheld device. * Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance. What We're Looking For * Current ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1). * Previous experience in domestic gas service and repair. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Ability to work independently while managing your own workload.
