Gas Engineer

Example Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract. Contract Details: Location: GL50 to GL55 Contract: Cheltenham Borough Council Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs Commitment: 5 days per week Contract Length: 6 months+ Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears Rates: * £300.00 per day (all parts supplied) * £30.00 - Out of Hours Standby * £30.00 - Out of Hours Call Out Key Benefits: * Work booked within a small radius * Weekly pay – no chasing invoices * Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated) * All appointments pre-booked via the client's PDA system. * Full PPE and kit provided. * Long-term contract Requirements: * 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer * ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires) * Panel Van (plain or sign written) * Gas Safe Registration * Clean DBS Check * No more than 6 points on Driving Licence * Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser * £2m Public Liability Insurance If you would like some further information, please apply using an up to date CV and one of the team will be in touch
