General Manager

Location: Lymington

Salary: £38,000–£40,000 + Performance Bonus (up to £10,000)

Job Type: Permanent | Full Time | 40–48 Hours per Week

Are you a hands-on General Manager who enjoys being involved in the kitchen as much as the front of house? Do you take pride in serving consistently great food, developing your team, and running a smooth, profitable operation?

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume restaurant and takeaway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a genuine operational role where food quality, standards and team development are just as important as commercial success.
