Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager to lead the business and drive continued operational and commercial success. The Role As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the business, overseeing operations, sales, fleet, transport, engineering and customer service. You will be responsible for delivering strong financial and operational results while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, customer service and equipment availability. Working closely with senior management and leading a team across multiple departments, you will develop and implement strategies to support business growth, improve operational efficiency and maximise fleet utilisation and profitability.
