Are you an experienced General Manager who thrives in a fast paced, high energy hospitality environment? We're working with one of the UK's most recognised premium burger brands, looking for an exceptional leader to take ownership of a high-volume restaurant in London.

You'll be an experienced General Manager with a proven background in high volume hospitality or quick service restaurants.

Your responsibilities as a General Manager will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a large management and restaurant team.
• Creating a culture focused on people, quality and operational excellence.
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.
• Driving sales, profitability and labour performance through strong commercial decision making.
• Managing all financial controls, stock, food safety and compliance.
• Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent, building a strong succession pipeline.
• Working closely with your Area Manager to deliver business objectives and long term growth.
