About you

Youre a confident and inspiring leader with a genuine passion for hospitality. You understand what it takes to run a premium, food-led business and have a proven track record in delivering both exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

You will bring:

A strong background in food-led operations

Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive performance

The role

This is a hands-on position where youll lead from the front, setting the tone for service, standards, and culture.

Working closely with our central support team, youll have the autonomy and freedom to run the business as if it were your own, shaping its direction, driving growth, and building on its already excellent reputation. xwzovoh
