German speaking Customer Support Representative- Damage Recovery Team

To maintain our uncompromising focus on customer service and to provide additional mobility options, we are looking for a German speaking team member to join our Damage Recovery department. Successful candidates will have completefluency in English, and an intermediate level of German.

Location: Victoria Road, Aldershot, GU11 1EJ

Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00- 18:00 (Shifts 8:00- 17:00 and 9:00- 18:00) 

Salary: £27,000.00 + a £2000 language bonus 

Start date: 7th September 

About the role:

The Damage Recovery department recovers the UK and Ireland’s vehicle damage costs. They work closely with our branches and are the point of contact between branch and customer. The team liaise with management across various functions as well as other departments to investigate damage claims.
