Glasgow Production Manager – High-Volume FMCG (Day or Late Shift)

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Glasgow is recruiting two Production Managers for our high‑volume site. You will own production performance in your area, drive improvements and lead teams within a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Two shifts are available: Days 06:30am–15:00pm and Lates 15:00pm–23:30pm. 40 hours per week, salary £45,000–£50,000 DOE. You will collaborate with Planning, Engineering and Technical teams to maximise OTIF and quality.
