Global Aftersales Director — Strategy, Repairs & Recommerce

SharkNinja in London is seeking a Senior Director (Global Aftersales) to shape the entire aftersales journey from first contact to repair, replacement and recommerce. You will own the strategy, P&L and partnerships that make post-purchase service a competitive advantage.
