Global Dry Bulk Voyage Operations Lead

We are seeking a dry bulk operations professional to manage the end-to-end operation of vessels trading worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage voyage operations from fixture to completion
• Coordinate with vessels, owners, charterers, brokers and port agents
• Handle voyage planning, bunkering and vessel performance monitoring
• Review charterparty terms and manage post-fixture matters
• Prepare freight invoices, hire statements and voyage P & L analysis
• Handle laytime, demurrage, off-hire and performance claims
• Perform voyage accounting and financial reconciliation using IMOS

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least three years of dry bulk operations or related shipping experience
• Hands-on experience with IMOS and voyage accounting
• Knowledge of charterparties, IMO, MARPOL and RightShip requirements
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Mandarin or Japanese proficiency would be an advantage
