Global Funds Counsel - Private Markets (Hybrid, London)

Astral Legal is seeking a Vice President - Legal Counsel (Private Funds) in London (Hybrid) to oversee the legal aspects of private investment funds across the lifecycle, from structuring to ongoing management.

You will work closely with investment teams, tax, compliance and external counsel to deliver complex cross-border fund launches and provide trusted commercial advice to the business.
