Global Head of Client Experience & Engagement

Baringa is seeking an experienced Head of Client Experience to lead the global CX strategy and executive client communities. You will shape CX models, advise senior leaders, and oversee flagship client experiences to strengthen client relationships and drive commercial growth.

You will line manage the UK CX team, collaborate with the US Marketing Lead, and contribute to broader Clients & Marketing leadership. This is a demanding, strategic role within a collaborative culture.
