Global Head of Legal - Fintech & Payments Strategy

Sokin, a global fintech payments provider, seeks an experienced Head of Legal to lead our legal function and drive strategic counsel across the business. You will shape the company’s legal strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, support commercial growth, and protect our interests as we scale internationally.

You will advise senior leaders, the Board, and cross-functional teams, bringing practical solutions in a dynamic payments environment. This role can be based in London, New York, or Toronto.
