Global HR Generalist — Edinburgh | Growth & Impact

ISG International Service Group is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Edinburgh team. This role covers HR administration, onboarding, HRIS, employee relations, payroll support, and general HR operations in an international, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in a generalist HR role, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and strong organizational and confidentiality skills. UK employment laws knowledge is advantageous; sponsorship is not available.
