Global HR Partner & Change Leader

Atradius is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Business Partner to support leadership with people strategies across multiple countries. This hands-on role combines strategic partnering with day-to-day delivery, backed by a strong HR network across regions.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive cultural change, manage talent pipelines and support engagement initiatives, while travelling internationally as required. Hybrid working is offered, with a mix of office and remote collaboration.
