Global Legal Counsel (Remote/Hybrid)

Servers.com Inc is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our global legal team. The role focuses on contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across the US, UK, and EU frameworks.

You will advise senior leadership, draft complex agreements, and manage external counsel when required. The position is based in the Guildford area with hybrid working options (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
