Global Manufacturing & TPM Process Lead

Bacardi is seeking a senior Global Process Lead for Make, responsible for Manufacturing and Maintenance process ownership across the enterprise. You will drive TPM excellence, define end‑to‑end process architecture, and embed SAP S/4HANA-enabled execution across global sites.

You will lead a transformation program, balance global standards with local realities, and deliver measurable improvements in reliability, safety and cost competitiveness.
