Global Onboarding & HR Operations Specialist

Camlin is seeking a Global HR Operations Administrator based in Lisburn, UK. You’ll manage the employee lifecycle administration with a focus on onboarding, compliance, employment documentation and people data, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.

You’ll drive end-to-end onboarding across multiple countries, verify right-to-work, maintain HR records, support payroll data, and develop onboarding metrics and dashboards to improve the employee experience.
