Your new role As the Global Payroll Director, you will take ownership of the company's international payroll function, leading payroll operations across multiple regions with a particular focus on EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for driving payroll strategy, ensuring compliance across complex jurisdictions, optimising processes, and partnering with senior stakeholders to support continued global expansion.This is a highly visible leadership position where you will have the opportunity to influence business decisions, lead transformation initiatives, and play a key role in scaling payroll operations within a rapidly growing AI-focused organisation. What you'll need to succeed Extensive global payroll leadership experience. Proven experience managing complex payroll operations across EMEA and APAC. Strong understanding of international payroll legislation, compliance, and governance. Experience leading payroll transformation, process improvement, and system implementation projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level. A strategic mindset combined with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
