Global Payroll Strategy Lead (12‑Month FTC)

Marc Daniels is partnering with an international business to recruit an experienced Head of Global Payroll on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London. You will own payroll across Asia, LATAM and EMEA, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

You will lead governance, reporting and controls, drive transformation projects and ensure compliance across jurisdictions while partnering with Finance, HR and external providers.
