? The Role
We are seeking a Global Product Manager Patient Hygiene to join our team in Chorley. This pivotal role supports UK and international markets for our patient hygiene portfolio (currently valued at £22.5M). You will drive product lifecycle management, marketing strategy, and new product launches, working closely with sales teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities: ?
Manage full product lifecycle and category performance
Develop global marketing plans and differentiated product positioning
Create compelling content (sales collateral, videos, blogs, website copy)
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
Lead product launches and promotional campaigns
Support sales teams with training tools and resources
Drive product development projects and ensure timely delivery
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Manage CRM campaigns and sales demand planning
Build strong cross-functional relationships and clinical advisory boards
? About You
Essential: ?
Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years experience in medical or healthcare markets (marketing or sales)
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Proven project and time management abilities
Willingness to travel (UK & International approx. 20%)
? Desirable: ?
CIM or Business/Marketing postgraduate qualification
Knowledge of NHS and UK healthcare market; international experience a plus
CRM platform experience; Power BI skills
