Global Quality Director, Medical Devices & Compliance

Optos is seeking a Director of Quality to lead end-to-end quality strategy across global operations and report to the VP of Global Quality. The role ensures products meet regulatory, internal, and customer standards while owning QA and QC across global operations.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, identify gaps, and influence stakeholders across functions, sustaining product integrity, consumer safety, and brand reputation in a high-autonomy manufacturing environment.
