We have an opportunity for an organised individual with manufacturing background to join our Stores team
. Who you will interact with: You will be part of the Stores team, reporting to Stores Supervisor. You will be fully supported in your position by others across the business. Requirements: You must have worked for a minimum of 2 years within in a manufacturing industry. Your normal hours of work
will be 37.5 per week on our late shift, i.e. Monday
Wednesday, 1.30pm
11.30pm, Thursday 1.30pm
11.00pm. General Duties: Contribute to the achievement of business objectives and targets. Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters relating to company business. Ensure compliance with company procedures. Consistently demonstrate the companys culture and values. Specific Duties: Work in accordance with the internal Quality Management System. Carry out final inspection and packing of equipment and materials. Complete and sign works tickets and applicable quality assurance plans for completed tasks, as instructed. Inspect and book in raw materials and goods using the internal ERP system. Key results areas: Meet the requirements of the role at all times while working in accordance with company procedures. Become a valued member of the goods inwards and stores team. Skill Requirements: Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively. Ability to maintain systems and follow established procedures. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Email. Familiarity with ERP systems. Ability to build strong internal and external working relationships. Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Clear focus on objectives and a results-driven approach. Training and development: Training and development requirements for this role will be identified in consultation with the Stores Supervisor.
