GP: Prison Healthcare & Chronic Care Leader

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in a secure prison environment, delivering high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population.

You will provide full GP services, manage chronic and acute conditions, support mental health and substance misuse pathways, and work closely with nursing, pharmacy, and external providers, contributing to clinical governance and continuous improvement.
