We are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary GP Receptionist to join a busy GP practice based in Marylebone on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service
• Greeting patients and managing reception enquiries
• Booking, amending and cancelling appointments
• Handling incoming telephone calls and patient queries
• Updating and maintaining patient records
• Supporting the clinical and administrative team with general administrative duties

Essential Requirements

• Previous NHS GP Receptionist experience is essential
• Working knowledge of SystemOne or EMIS is required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
