The Opportunity

Due to continued success, Themis Recruit are currently looking for a Grade C Solicitor or Legal Executive (2-4 years PQE) to join their Serious and Catastrophic Injury team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home and access to their local serviced offices.

You will manage your own multi-track personal injury caseload, assist senior fee earners on high-value/catastrophic injury cases, and play a key part in our continued growth and client-first service delivery.

We also welcome applications from individuals close to Grade B level.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury claims.

Assist senior team members with catastrophic and high-value claims.

Supervise, delegate, and provide constructive feedback to trainees and paralegals.

Ensure excellent client care in line with our values and Client First Service standards.

Maintain accurate case management records and propose improvements to systems and procedures.

Engage in business development and networking activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of personal injury law (claimant-side).
  
• Experience in fast-track and multi-track personal injury cases.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Competence in using a legal case management system.
  
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  
• Passion for supporting injured individuals and making a difference.
  

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Grade C) with 2-4 years PQE.

Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
