Graduate Accountancy Customer Support Consultant Location: Wokingham Salary: Up to £24,800 Looking to kick-start your career after graduating? This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Accountancy or Finance graduate who enjoys working with people and wants to combine their technical knowledge with technology and customer support. You'll be joining a fast-growing fintech software company where you'll use your accounting knowledge to support customers using specialist accounting software. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career in fintech, software or accountancy support while continuing to develop their technical skills. What you'll be doing * Providing second-line support to customers via phone and email. * Helping customers get the most from the company's accounting software. * Becoming a product expert and sharing your knowledge with colleagues. * Creating and updating FAQs, user guides and support documentation. * Supporting the development of customer training materials. * Assisting with software testing and identifying product improvements. * Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. About you * Degree in Accountancy or a related subject. * At least 6 months' customer service experience. * Good understanding of UK tax, financial statements and double-entry bookkeeping. * An interest in technology and accounting software. * Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. * Organised, analytical and eager to learn.
