Graduate Business Analyst - Mentored, Lean & Growth Path

Northstone Materials in Northern Ireland is launching a two-year Graduate Development Programme commencing September 2026. Graduates will gain hands-on experience in a real-world operation, with mentorship and a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Competence from the IBEC Academy, accredited by TU Dublin.

You will develop technical, interpersonal, commercial and management skills while supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives and working with senior leaders on real projects.
